Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kavorlo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Kavorlo lets you generate AI-powered video, images, and audio from prompts and reference media, and assemble them into episodes and films. Features, models, and pricing may change over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Kavorlo.

You agree not to use Kavorlo to generate or distribute content that:

• Depicts real people in sexual, defamatory, or non-consensual ways
• Sexualizes or endangers minors in any way
• Promotes hate, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups
• Infringes another person's intellectual property or publicity rights
• Violates any applicable law

We use automated and manual review to enforce these rules and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate them.

You retain ownership of the prompts and media you upload and the videos/images you generate, subject to the licenses of any underlying AI providers.

You grant Kavorlo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content you generate and your interaction signals to operate, improve, and develop the Service, including training and evaluating AI models, subject to the privacy controls described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this license for future use anytime via Account → Improve Kavorlo with my creations.

Kavorlo uses a token-based credit system for generations. Token packs are one-time consumable purchases; subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. All purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe according to their respective terms. Consumable token purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy.

The Service and all generated content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing content before use or distribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavorlo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Kavorlo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.

If you believe content generated or hosted through Kavorlo infringes your copyright or other rights, contact support@kavorlo.com with a description of the work, the allegedly infringing content, and your contact information. We will review and remove content that violates applicable law upon valid notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Kavorlo each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
