Privacy Policy

Kavorlo ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered video and film creation app and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide when you sign up (including via Apple Sign In or Google).

Generation content: prompts, negative prompts, uploaded reference images/videos, selected models and settings, and the resulting generated media you create in the app.

Usage & device data: app interactions, crash logs, and device/OS information used to operate and improve the Service.

Purchase information: in-app purchase and subscription status is provided to us by Apple/RevenueCat/Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

To make Kavorlo better for everyone, we may use the videos, images, prompts, and settings you generate — plus signals such as whether you keep, share, or discard a result — to evaluate quality, rank models, learn effective prompts, and train and improve the models that power Kavorlo.

Your control: this is on by default and can be turned off anytime in Account → Improve Kavorlo with my creations. Turning it off stops any new data from being used going forward. You can ask support to delete previously collected training signals tied to your account.

We do not sell your personal data or generated content to third parties.

We share information with service providers who help us operate Kavorlo — including cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Google Cloud), AI generation providers (such as fal.ai, Runway, ElevenLabs), and payment processors (Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe) — solely to provide the Service. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account and generation data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Our website and app use minimal cookies/local storage and analytics tools (e.g. Firebase Analytics) to understand feature usage and diagnose crashes. We do not use these tools for third-party advertising.

Kavorlo is based in the United States and uses service providers that may process data in the U.S. and other countries. By using the Service, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your own.

Kavorlo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

EEA/UK users (GDPR): our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service), and consent (for the training-use flywheel, which you may withdraw anytime). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California users (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Submit requests to support@kavorlo.com.
